At Kattnakken, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized postal point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
